These terms govern use of the Hologic clinical information and inquiry website for business purposes.
1. Informational use
Content on this site is provided for B2B planning, procurement diligence, and service inquiry routing. It is not medical advice and does not replace model-specific IFU, labeling, or clinical judgment.
2. No patient data
Do not submit patient identifiers, protected health information, or diagnostic results through inquiry forms. Provide device, facility, and operational details only.
3. Regulatory status
Clearance, CE marking, registration, and availability vary by product reference and geography. Confirm current status before purchase or clinical use. For 510(k) devices, use “FDA cleared” rather than “FDA approved” unless a PMA pathway applies.
4. Inquiry handling
Submitting a form does not create a service contract, purchase order, or guaranteed response time. Entitled service levels apply only under executed agreements.
5. Intellectual property
